Για αρχη δες αν το port ανοιχτο http://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/ (Βαλε την ΙΡ του server και το port 3306) Αν ειναι κλειστο τοτε πρεπει να το ανοιξεις. Αν ειναι ανοιχτο τοτε πας στο επομενο βημα. Το mysql password, mysql username, mysql database ειναι σωστα; σε localhost δουλεουν χωρις καποιο προβλημα; Αν αυτα ειναι ενταξει και δουλεουν και localhost τοτε ισως το host σου να εχει firewall και να εμποδιζει το connection
