Actually this offer happens between rockstar and epic games it has nothing to do with steam !

its about rockstar and steam if they want to do this.  in second half of every year they do a weekend sale of rockstar games about 50-70%. dunno if they do something more of this sale before gta 6 , like 2-3 years ;D

I remember this event when bought the GTA pack w/o GTA V.

GTA V Nowadays is worthless so i think that 18 Euros for this game is normal price.... Only FiveM Worth playing though...
