Use a sword not a dagger. Haste or focus will be the same but I'd use first for pvp and second for pve. Majestic and be a tank for your party raids. Bow is a must for pvp. No clue about oly Dyes but I wouldn't change anything. -Con for pve Dyes. If you care about explanations, point the sentence, explain what does that sentence (for example, if you want te last one you have to tell me what con does) and I will answer.
