It will be accurate for servers that use official formulas. I don’t know now, but some good years ago aCis wasn't respecting them. About why would you use the app instead of the website, there is no certain reason since both are provided by me, but I intend to add more stuff to it if people use it. Lately I'm doing my best to provide and sustain as many projects as possible if people find them useful.
