Better I will pay for a guy who a PRO at JAVA.

To add simply codes its easy, already learned, but I cant creat smth like flood protectors or any other thing, thats why Im looking for PRO developer.

Mhm ok, I realized I was wrong. I thought that he need to help correct small errors/exploits and so I advise to learn himself (copy-paste).
