I like only the enchant rates, so i voted for bad.

But dont forget its an RPG server...

You should add info about server files (L2j or L2off). I think its important.

There are nice features+rates.I vote 50-50.

well, he is gonna make the difference. An rpg server with high

enchant rates is a good idea in my opinion ^^

delete the tattos , make buffs retail like and no dual box (will be like old everlast whit +500 ppl online)

it's a good description. Nice rates, anyway you should edit some stuff.
