[Report] Scammers

I spoke with this guys https://maxcheaters.com/profile/231767-grossmeister/ to buy some items from him. I agreed to pay 60% of the amount, he will give me the items, then I will give the rest of the money.

After I paid and sent his the proof, he did not give me the item or responded on Discord.

 

Would be nice for these guys to get ban on ip or smtg.

You need to prove conversation which will make him guilty. Some message history print-screened and post this conversation here or personally to any Global Mods or even me I can pass it. We need proofs in order to action.

Player https://maxcheaters.com/profile/225689-xnemes1sx/  I wrote him yesterday about PP on server Hellforge x1. I didnt read all topic and didnt saw at this moment he had problem with some1. He answer me rly fast before i pay for char and adena. After i send him screen from skrill, i pay all money what we talk he start ignore me. I saw he is online on discord, i saw he check forum maxcheaters, but he dont answer me. Today morning i belive yet, he rly had problem with transaction(i read topic with his offer, noth side). After few hr he answer me on discord "hi, there?". I answer him 1min later, but he again start ignore me. I give him few hr more, i wrote him, if he dont answer i report it and i start dispute on skrill. From start our discus and deal alredy 24hr left. So i wrote here. In my opinion its scam but u have higher experience on this... I add all photo. Transaction screen, talk on maxcheaters, talk on discord and screen his topic on forum. Funny is he wrote he never lose conntact with customers. I wanna add only in time when he ignore me, he answer other ppl on pm(my friend wrote him to ask about adena on server, he answer him but he ignore me totaly in this time, i can put screens later when friend back). I saw he read some of my post on maxcheaters but he dont answer me still... Mabye react of gm can help and he over deal with me, i dont want problem, and dispute can be stoped all time if he transfer me passes to char... Can some gm before react(ban) talk with him?:)

I got scammed by "trusted" member. @eatmydust.   its A LONG STORY but I will upload screenshots. Basically I had bought 100m for l2 reborn server from him previously and it went okay... but after that he offered me to sell 100m more with a discount price and so I agreed. It has now been over 30 days.. and I am still waiting, everyday he has the same excuse and claiming he will have my goods at night but realistically it never happens. I have been EXTREMELY PATIENT let me say it again, EXTREMELY PATIENT and understanding with him... he even offered me sincerest apologies and a better item as a compensation for the delay for a discount price and I agreed (I should have not), so yeah I was scammed not once but TWICE. He now owes me a Draconic bow in l2reborn. I want my item or my refund FAST . Please take a look at the attached pictures with all discord conversations and you will see how he keeps stalling every day claiming he will get me the items.

@roxaroth1390 if he dont deliver you until today the goods you've purchased i will ban all his accounts and future ones just in case keep me updated im currently traveling i will be home at evening.

I have now spoken to eatmydust, I showed him this report and he wants to cooperate and he says he will refund me today $50 dollars and then pay me the rest in adena Monday.  I am okay with this. lets Wait a bit to see what happens. hallo. i have one loong transaction with "trusted" member. @eatmydust
i ordered bunch of adena on one of the server, and it was ok at beginning now we cant dont the transaction . 
in short at 12.06 i ordered first adena than after succesfully transaction i orderen much more 
hedelivered only some part than started to be in trouble (lose supplier -) and since 15.06 -16.06 i hear only that he will do the refund today afternoon or tomorrow since 3 weeks .
he still owe me adena or euro all time is changing mind .
i understand the bad time in servers bcs of summer but it should be too long .
