sounds really nice but your only chance to do it, is via high rate server... means fast level up because u never will find "low" - "mid" rate player which would join your kind of "custom" server ;)

its server side its count as normal enchant effect so afaik u can't turn it off... best u make a poll in the forum from the server u are playing to disable this feature.

first video effects are ok second one are totally shitty >< those things should look like retail like but with small edits and its would be perfect... its to far away from real one so its in my eyes useless and only some lol custom server will use it :/

since hetzner is an international company as u see they have an english web page too ^^ they will accept money from other countries as well... linux is way difference as win so if u don't have one who can manage the linux server u have to get a win server ofc this cost 25€ more... and yes the EQ4 is perfect for the start ;)

for 2gb ram ^^ no way and also u have a contract length of 1 YEAR ! again find a partner which know all the things u don't know, else don't waste your time.

yes and this is way to low for a l2 server^^ if u plan the server runs for long time the setup fee isn't that bad... other company's maybe don't have the setup fee but the monthly fee is way bigger... + u may have a bad machine also at the start u can run the website from the server machine... but even a web server don't cost that much ^^

the one for 8€ is a web server so no u can't run on them a game server^^ if u don't have money don't even start to think about to open a server... but as u said u have 80€per month so hetzner should be a good solution even if u have to pay the first time 150€
