well the only thing u need to do it, is a brain :) its so hard to check your pack folders (sql) and then get the npc.sql ?

if u use the admin panel or command it does...

l2j server works just fine so its your own fault.... reinstall all again and check if its fixed then.

with your system u don't have mana at all even on farming u cant use them while in combat... and without mana well guess u will have a server with 2 classes only >< remember your server its HR and guess which kind of player u will get... for sure noone which like to make buffers to get mana and etc... and with the level 9 attribute doesn't mean anything, that u can get 3 attributes its about the balance which is just fucked up with a high attribute level ;) but enough lets check all in game :)

but still means not L2 is death... even on private server u still have 2k ppl which are more then enough to have fun (dunno about offi)... ofc old times u had easy 4-5k on private server and offi hmmm 10-15k ? but since new games come out its clear some change the game. and ofc some player which was scarred like u or just ppl which dont had enough knowledge to learn the new stuff :) well enough off topic.

u should rework this ^^ also think again about what u have write there... whats the difference between don't allow mana while flag and while in combat ? while u in pvp u are in combat as well, its only make sense if u run away while u flag and restore your mana but its kinda useless... u will take away all normal HR player because your way is the same as u would not have mana pots at all.... + level 9 attribute sux hard ><

seriously its failed from the first min... they had beta tester and while it was going live they still had not fixed buff times ? looool its also just one of the xxx problems they had at the start which can be all found in few min if u really had some tester even one solo tester could find them all in few min..... so stop protect such noob servers thx
