cant run "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\Current Version\Image File Execution Options" i have windows 7 ;/ any other option to fix it?

It is, cuz i cant run only l2 ;/ i tried find way to fix it on google and lot of ppl had that problem but no1 say how to fix ;/

I have problem with running l2 ;/ when i try to run l2 i have "rundll" error. it cant find "C4D219.tmp" file ;/ "C:\ProgramData\Application data\C4D219.tmp" Can u help me? :/ I tried everything. Cleaned registry, reinstal l2... etc... Cant play now ;(
