The only worthwhile Faction server atm is a Russian one:

http://interlude-online.ru/

It's a simple GvE (Light vs. Dark) server with an average online of 1k+. Lots of PvP, good gearing system and fun maps. The only downside is the International community is pretty much nonexistent, it's full of Russian speakers.

so in short words not playable.

www.l2eclipse.net soon will be online :)    (faction server)

Infinitel2 it was the best faction server had ever played..

Since then all other servers was crap..

I wish to go back in this times
