I NEED HELP PLEASE!!!

Hello,

I open my server and all login normally but if someone do restart or exit or something and try to login again...

he can not.. at the selection of character..

and I get this on GS

Would be nice to say what did u add/change on your pack,  related with system/login, in order to receive any help.

3) disable trade on pvp

4) olympiad period
