i think better with prophecy of wind :) 20% magic critical rate more same p.def  to cov but less hp anyway i prefer prophecy of wind in Gracia

As a storm screamer i always use magnus for bigger m.atk and m.def cause i fight with nukers :)

 

PS:I use it in IL (NOT HB,GRACIA,Or any client after IL)
