    You have to add the player to the PvPTask, check normal behavior when player hit another player. L2PcInstance is the place you should check.

    Reactions should NOT influence the reputation system and true, ONLY the author of the topic should get reputation. Possibility to give karma/rep to any post, it's a crap. Else allow it for certain sections, like helping topics - sure thing, someone give a solution and boom, you can 'reward' him with reputation. That's legit.

    Not sure if that's the issue, could be, but you have to use 2 times for loop. One loop as a condition - your checks - and then second loop, if everything is okay, teleport. Also, dunno if you noticed but you teleport, try to, only the player - test purposes, perhaps :P
