you can go for mid rate but as i said before i dont recommend a low rate, first of all a low rate server needs lots of budget you have to pay way too much money mostly for advertise low rate server with 500max people will die instantly in few days,but mid rate still could be run normaly and a low rate server cant be handled by 1 person only ( you )

i am in the l2 scene for about 10 years have played in almost every client and every kind of server ,in 2015 i wouldnd recomment you to open a low rate!
