Bcs you have to use L2Tool first.. :P Locked.

If you want to replace existing thing, then decrypt file, replace the images you want (delete/add) and save file. Else, create your own utx.

http://www.4shared.com/rar/ICmhuXTmce/l2endec.html Paste inside (clean) system folder and run the patcher. When it's done, you will be able to open files with FileEdit. -
