    From one hand it's a good idea, but from another hand.. Actually, you should have your own char on server, so you can take a look from player perspective and see, what is "missing", what/how to improve the quality of the gameplay. :) But, the person you are looking for, don't need the char on server for his job, if his job is to 'care' about players and give them support. So, it's fine :)

    Yup. I don't care for "fake" votes to the moment I actually get their vote. With individual vote, you can't cheat it :D Their system is more web friendly, I mean, offers more features. I don't feel like adding json support to the pack just for one thing. Their timestamp, actually it's a nice idea :P

    What about reading the features of the product? First of all, dedi > vps. Secondly, gaming dedi has 'better' ddos prot. At least that's what they say.
