only if it was 5 years ago, most servers will temporary ban your IP and/or close your client after few failed attempts :D not here to put you down, but basing on what i see, your will prolly hit a wall once antibots acknowledge your existence and introduce basic protection for directX hooks you use

its easy to detect VPN or proxy by whois data on ip pool, look for smaller company with just few IPs, preferably small ISP with side business for proxies

L2tower was never OOG, client was required. You prolly meant l2net OOG bots are dead due to no development and complexity of antibots, you can still use l2walker or l2net but server have to use old chronicle and 0 antibots.

not fully tho, on past GOD chronicles lot of htmls are using dynamic vars loaded from client files, so eg all teleport/quest names in npc dialogs will be loaded from .dat files, thus english.

by chargeback you can refund absolutely everything, paypal will in worst case close your account if you open too many chargebacks, but seller will be always fucked in the end :D worth to note you will also pay 20usd addational fee once chargebacked, even if it was payment for 2usd

its l2off so it wouldn't be same value, there is significant random per each skill use if he has full epic jewels, counters your atri with his set and got decent OE of items, such difference is possible with just legit play on older chronicles you could stack buffs effects to some point, but afaik h5 fixed it.
