OL has buffs for whole clan, you can go WC for duo, it has nice additional skill for DOT and the other guy in duo could go: any Yull (PVP/PVE), any Wynn (PVE), Tyrr Titan (PVE) you get basic 1-month gear from quests, so you can get decent level with your duo.
