I am currently using these: 9x Greater Mark of Desolation 9x Greater Seal of Resilience 9x Greater Glyph of Warding 3x Greater Quintessence of Desolation and they seem to me very good for now i`ve lost like 2-3 time solo top out of 10

For me the best combination is irelia and kassa,but unfortunately as noble said kassa is almost always banned in ranked,however in classic it pwns everything ;)
