In L2server - you need to code\inject to change this on CSocket::Send - either directly where it sends or by a vtable hook globally. There is no configuration.

Very clearly you didn't truncate\clear your DB correctly before creating the first char on the server - and\or imported\created data in subtables macros\user_sociality etc. It's clearly a DB issue - so don't waste time on it and just clean up when creating new worlds.

Stop using c1. It's horribly coded and half of those errors are indirect errors of other issues most likely caused by bad script + dll fixing combinations. No one really knew how stuff worked back then, they just made direct assumptions on every hook. Youd need to spend time researching c1 binary to figure out more and view the current dlls you use.

So your solution to increase speed is to create an ENTIRELY new skill that has the p_speed effect - and THEN add said passive skill to a monster. ...despite the fact base speeds can be changed in every single NPCData line? Can't actually remember the 2nd \ 3rd params but since they're virtually always null i'd leave them at that and just change first param values there. Or if you must know test\research yourself. 2. target_type = self affect_scope = party Can't have an npc cast a skill on a different target - where skill is predefined to work on the caster ONLY. Your textbook 101 buffer AI issues. 3. In order to give a monster a skill it depends on wether it's a passive boost - or a skill that needs to be cast in certain conditions. The entire AI.obj is structured with AI code that controls the behaviour of all monsters, including but not limited to when they cast skills. Params like "PhysicalSpecial_a" point to a skill_pch id via @name that is set to be cast during certain conditions. If you want to add a entirely new condition where a Monster should cast a skill... write your own AI. There's a big chance however that one of the AI classes for monsters have pre-written AI to match your need to make it cast skills. Some cast 1 buff, others cast 2 - some cast 3 offensive\attack skills and others only Debuffs on players. You'll have to check and see if you can find a pre-written matching Type.

You should probably post in L2J. There is no pack that magicly works - there is no one to magicly do all of this stuff for you. Knowledge is slowly dying, no one wants to learn and the best "packs" are created over the past 4-5 years with LOTS of time invested into Extender\RCE research. Not me, nor any of the others are going to give that away for free. Wether you want a interlude pack, GF pack, or HF Pack - your probably gonna have to fork up or start learning youself since us L2Off people have better oppertunities in protecting and licensing than Managed code like Java. There's cracked version of early work from Dvampire (And probably Vangath? can't remember) - which would probably be fine to start learning the scripts and how to do AI\NASC. (but probably wouldn't be good due to old bugs, unfixed\newer exploits and possibly stability on large scale 1000++).
