    Edited the exact rule from No. 5 Required Information: 3. Announced Grand Opening Date (Required) also, Beta Opening Date if it's a Preview. (Primary). IMPORTANT: Without mentioning Dates in a Preview Server Opening you can't make a topic unless if it's very clear when the Server is Opening by (Dates). If the Server Owner doesn't follow this rule or insist making topics without Dates topic will be locked. Updated 15/11/2021.
