I already had this link but could u be a bit more specific? I am completely strange on the fields of ports. Do u mean when I find my rooter then I should download one program provided by the site and that program does automatically all the work for me?I am right?:S

No, you're not right.

 

That page that I gave you lists a set of routers. Just pick your router's model.

Once you choose the correct one, follow the guide that will show up.

Simple as that, no programs...no crap.
