BTW having more than 2 developers in each team will kill the projects once again. People like cliques and we all know that. If i were you i'd just get one developer who'd really work in each team and that's it. The more the people the more the controversy.

 

PS: There are no skilled developers in this forum that would work for that. Just saying. People like being paid upfront cuz they invest time. If you invest time and you fail then you lost that time that you would have used in a different way.
