I love such forks, which one is this?

New servers' list is cool, top servers' one is somewhat ugly, you can improve this list by switching to better borders or text font maybe. Also in main page make top servers like the new ones. Since your website is new you could merge coming soon/just started

When it comes to connection, 100mb are fine for way too more than 200, but you have to make sure it's not a shared connection and it's ddos protected. As for ram/ssd you can even run on ddr3/sata ssds, there is not a big deal (almost every company provides ddr4, or even nvme m2 disks if you need so). As for the cpu, you have to make sure that your server is not a cpu killing machine. I don't know what kind of heavy tasks your fork has so i can't help you further at this moment unless you have some cpu in mind and you can provide more information about your pack's features.

Depends on a lot of stuff, mostly on the customs you asked from him

doesnt matter if it's xml or sql. If you apply stats changes you have to delete the npc and respawn aswell

Usually when you change dp values u don't have just to reload your npcs but respawn ur npc or restart the server

That is very true. Pointless to waste ur time begging l2topzone or whoever wants more money for accept. He even reduced the new server slots to 4 just to have 1 more slot for text ads xd

There are many ways to do it, the most painful but safest way is to do it manually, otherwise you should skip(for certain ids or item types) somehow from dropdata/droptable or whatever the handler is named in your pack

Some wise guy here in mxc said, anything can be bypassed. As for the packs, i've seen many positive comments about Lucera, i've never used any paid fork so i can not be sure. When it comes to free, acis is the best choice by far. There might be things that you have to work on before launching but it's still the best option
