Maybe u should upd8 your subversion and re-build ur pack. Btw did u make any recent change on your source?

Well i guess ur pack is using a code based on UTF-8. Go to environment variables and create a new variable with name "JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS" and value "-Dfile.encoding=UTF8"

Features bring up bugs, so even if you get the "most stable" back and add features that affect the gameplay it may be unstable anyway. You can start by using l2j server's project and just be careful.

In my opinion l2j is the best option for every client except il. There is a bunch of crappy projects out there, you can even code better if you're a rookie and know how to use google.
