    The solution is simple, DONT RUSH, lol. If you don't have time and you are not willing to make things properly, then please DONT open any server as it's gonna fail. Anyway, it's up to you. Good luck tho.

    L2jFrozen is what you need basically. Download it and learn how to edit stuff. You will do all that in one, two days. Don't waste money for something that is free and require small effort from your side :)

    It's more like auto ss, if you want to skip the 'consume' part, simply find the Soulshot.java and remove the line responsible for the consume part. So, you will need only 1 ss as it won't be consumed anymore.

    Why you getAllNpcs() lol, it's fat and highly unnecessary. Create an int[] with ids you want and then for loop it, profit.

    You have your answer. Locked. Once again, keep all default and edit only External - if needed.

    Show the part of IP configuration from properties/xml. Or simply, replace it with default. You only have to edit external IP, if you want let people to connect. Do not change other configs.

    There is bot prot - people cry, there is no bot prot - people still cry. From my pov, bot prot is not really important and it's indeed kinda waste of money. I personally, will not use any bot protection for my server*. ^_^ * - spoiler, work in progress

    aCis, frozen your only free choice. Since ru packs are paid. Sure, you can find some ru old shared pack and you are ready to go. You may success even with worse shared pack if you are lucky enough :D

    Put .l2j files into geodata folder, run the converter, choose J, profit. Note, only files listed inside geodata.prop will be converted.
