Hey guys, I found an old screenshot of a custom lobby I made years ago. I think I modded a Gracia Part 1 Lobby to look slightly different, since Part 1 and 2 shared the same Lobby design (retail). I changed the location to Gludio Airship Field. It looked like this: I think I'm going to recreate it for myself (H5). If anybody is interested, leave a message. :D

To replace textures with l2tool (changing lobby texture example- works the same way for every utx): 1: Open L2Tool, Open your utx, Select your texture, Klick on viev to check if its the right one, klick on export to save your dds/bmp texture file: 2: Open your dds/bmp texture file with Photoshop (dds plugin required), change it and save it. To keep your original file as backup rename your saved file to "filename"_edited.dds: 3: Open L2Tool and select your utx and texture like in Step 1, klick view to ckeck whether you selected the original texture you want to replace, Now select your edited texture file by pressing the img button in l2tool (the one in the top right corner), after you have selected it press on "set". yes. if you just want to replace textures in original (or aditional mod) files, you only need L2Tool by acmi. nothing else. If you want to create new texturefiles then u need all the other stuff like l2encdec, UE and so on..... But like i said. If you just want to replace a texture, L2Tool is all you need! and you dont need any tutorials at all for using l2tool. it explains itself and has like 5 buttons only :)

Dude...... Google......The first result? U kiddin? If you just want to change a texture, get l2tool. Open the utx. Export the BMP or DDS file. Make your changes with photoshop (edit color) and save the bmp, or dds file. Use l2tool again. Open the utx. Pick ur original texture. then pick the edited texture and klick the replace button

Hi guys, do you mind checking your files for those clients: The first one seems to be part of the korean Classic Age of Splendors Update. The second one, I think, belongs to the Classic Goddard update, which was released some time ago. The third one I don't know about! :O EDIT: To check if you have clients containing one of those lobbies just go to ur client's map folder and rename the "Lobby01_Classic.unr" to "Lobby01.unr" (make sure you to do a backup of both files Lobby01 and lobby01_classic) and start your client using the l2.exe (l2.bin) located in the system folder. If you need any other client, just ask. I think I have most of them! ^^ EDIT: Found this Client, but just in KR: There Should be a NA one. Please share if You have so i can get rid of the KR one :D Found the NA Client. The only ones missing are ToI and Goddard! :)

Hello :) Since I stopped playing L2 a long time ago - Now it catched my attention again :P - I need some information about all clients available. I'm a little bit confused about NC-Soft's politics regarding the development and distribution Lineage 2 versions. I am now searching for all missing Clients and have a few questions about the following ones: Did NC-West (NA) skip some Chronicles like Age of Splendor (Baium)? And what about the other Login Screens? Which version do they represent? I'm quite confused and would like to know in which order they supposed to be. The old L2Wiki is dead and the new L2Wiki is made by retards for retards with nearly no significant information. And whats with that Saviors shit in L2-NA-Clients?? Are they on Saviours since Helios?? Did they just switch Login Screens? Did they leave out Baium LS? I don't get it..... Also what is the difference between Salvation/Salvation Etinas Fate and Salvation The Page??? So... Can anybody help me out? Maybe with a listing of all clients in their order since release? :D Edit: I'm also looking for the client with the baium loginscreen and the client with that blue wind thing infront of goddard.

Hey cheaters, I'm running a project which recreates the original lineage 2 content using the latest h5 client. I started with reversing the Client to Prelude/C1 which means i edited textures, meshes, animations, item and npc sets, system stuff, ui and maps. Also reversed serverside functions, spawns, scripts and so on. I am currently about to hit C3 with a massive update which will change the previous content by adding more npcs to the world, rendering it more alive, adding new sidequests and real story driven questlines, old fright and skill learn system, improved old stuff...and much more... I just don't know which client to use. I mean the h5 client is nearly fully customizable, but its still h5 meaning in order to get new stuff in there u have to extract textures, meshes and animations out of newer clients..... Here comes my question: Should I use a newer client like Helios and above? It has already so much stuff in it and it would be way more comfortable to use. The only thing im concerned about is its customizability. Since I never used one of the new clients....whats the current status? Is it possible to change/insert textures, edit system stuff like npcs, items, descriptions and so on? Is it possible to edit the ui in order to remove useless stuff? can i add custom quests clientside (descriptions, waypoints, npc overhead popup)? Is the new client compatible with old maps? I mean... it would be really great to use a modern client, but I need to change it a lot! I'm also thinking from starting all over again from prelude/c1 with old and (additional) new pve stuff, making it attractive for new and oldschool players right from the beginning^^ What do you think?

you can use the reload ui function located in the clients dev menue

adena has animation on it, or am i wrong? after dropped it is a quite big amount of adena with a glittering effect, which will disappear in some seconds.
