Okay so you're asking for people to prove you were corrupted but you don't have proofs for the "balance" in this server.You say you reworked the classes/skills so it means guys on acis are doing a terrible job with that but yet you still got their pack.You just say the server it's balanced but hey i see that on every single server out there.

So... any proofs the classes are balanced?Of course not because it's l2j after all.L2j will never ever be the same as l2off no matter what.So there goes balance.

 

About corruption i don't know if it's true or not but it's their word against yours.And after all it's your server and you do w/e you want with it.

 

The only reason i will probably give it a shot it's because you guys seem mature enough to handle a server and not let it die after you get the money from donations.

What keeps me thinking tho is that the server is made so clans get geared up fast and solo players(me) get pked by those clans while trying to farm.Reason i don't join clans it's because nobody knows how to handle and lead a clan.That's why solo players get pked by clans full of kids unfortunately.

First of all you compare a clean aCis pack to a custom server, please don't do that. Besides, aCis team is focused on providing a stable and clean pack, it's not supposed to do our job and balance our servers the way we want it to. The corruption part, i'll just say that with the hours upon hours that we have dedicated into this project, we have absolutely zero intentions of ruining it ourselves, by giving away free items. Not to mention we lose donations this way.

 

Fortunately or unfortunately this is lineage2 and like most MMOs, you can't play alone the same way a party or even a clan does. Server is made to support both of these:

2 solo farming zones: Cruma & Primeval Island. Cruma perma spawned PK killers and KS is not allowed, Primeval 1 hour spawn/despawn PK killers, no KS protection.

2 party farming zones: Ketra & Chaotic. Ketra's mobs are easier (2 people can farm very well there) and Chaotic's are harder (plus the flag)..

Also many other things are added to try and avoid the difference between solos and parties/clans. (example is armor upgrader, in old DW we didn't have this, meaning you had to farm way more to get the full armor, which is now the 5lvl)

To be honest i don't think you're corrupted but don't ever talk about balance when using l2j.No matter what you do balance won't be achieved.Balance also is not something specific especially with so many kiddos playing nowdays.For some balance would mean Necro should own while for others SPS should own when actually it should be that fighter classes are above the mages classes (not all classes but most).There are many things that ruin balance so i won't go through each one cause you're smart enough to realize that but when kids join and start moaning because they get owned by a dagger or archer and you nerf them well that's the biggest mistake l2j owners do and i hope you won't.

 

Also i never said a solo player should farm easier than a clan, that would be retarded.Of course clans can get geared up faster but what i said is that those clans are 95% kids and they won't let you farm because they're just kids.What i don't get is how can the gap between clans and solo players be avoided with the armor upgrade?Won't clans be able to farm faster than solo players?I don't get it actually.

We are advertising our server here, we don't have to prove anything, on the other hand when someone makes such a harsh accusation as corruption, he should be able to proof it, correct?

Balance as a word is self-explanatory, i have no idea why it confuses you so much. What a balanced server means, is simply when there is no overpowered class and all classes are at the same level. Which makes me wonder why you think L2OFF would be more balanced than L2J and why L2J balance can't be achieved? In the end of the day, DotA, one of the most unbalanced mods ever in Warcraft III is now one of the most balanced MOBAs available.

 

Depends. As a solo player you can farm coins faster, but as a clan you can farm LS/Scrolls faster, so i'd say that both have their ups and downs. As for the armor upgrader, to put it simply, in old DW you'd start with normal S armor and would keep it till you farmed your full set Whisper Armor (good stats, hard to get) but now you can get your lvl1 Whisper pretty quickly and keep advancing from there on.

Then let me explain.

Regarding classes, L2OFF provides a retail platform so classes and skills are working as retail. The thing is this, retail servers have nothing to do with pvp servers since there is no craft or buff classes are useless (since there is a full buffer NPC).

However, we have re-worked all class skills and class damages in order to be working fine and to be equal with each other, so yeah I don't understand why you think there is no class balance on L2J servers, maybe you haven't played on a good one.

L2 community sux, that's true.

Some1 told about "hard" farm or smth like that. That's was stupid argument. If you have nothing to farm - you get bored. Get bored - leave servidor.

What's the point to jump from server to server every 3 days? If you are bad on 1 server, you will be bad on 2nd.
