Balance in L2 was never meant to happen. My eyes literally bleed when I keep seeing these "balance" posts and the idiots that actually buy 'em. Use 0.5% of your brain and you'll see. All you have to do is work around the damage formulas,correct class templates/stats and do the skills manually like the descriptions says. That's the ONLY "balance" you can have in L2.

"PRO" Interlude/H5 files/admins/devs/owners , Web templates & scripts from 10 years ago, Splash Screens & Banners also from 10 years ago made with literally the 1st Photoshop version, some custom crap NPCs that no one would "EVER" in his right mind would buy.
