For gods sake, you bump each 30min.. What's wrong with you? If it's not working that means there is no config for that. Probably it's xml'zed and there is no direct support to edit it from ingame.

Make a new item handler and add it to adena / gb. Check for required adena / gb amount, destroy adena / gb, give adena / gb. In short :P

Is the item 'Mana potion' linked to this skill ? No idea what a hell config has that frozen.. I just hope there is no such config for mana potion, lol :P But first of all, make sure the mana potion item is linked with that skill. If yes, then probably there is some stupid config or you use //invul - like aCis, pots has no effect.
