Basically that's the key, you have to attract clan leaders. You can always pay them as many servers do, mostly RU, but that's pathetic. :D

As MrPro said and.. Look how HR clans regroup / choose servers. If clan A and B join X server, then clan C will join that server as well. Why? Bcs they know that they will have competition, to fight with. So, you must attract at least one clan and basically they spread the news between them. People have to / must invite each other in order to have a stable online. If they don't.. No matter how much you waste for advertise, your server will be empty. In addition, you announce your rates as x35. This scares people, like it does matter.. But ppl mentality is.. broken. The truth is that the exp rates doesn't rly matter.

I am using Mars. When you click on any version, on left side. I don't remember name of previous version I used. It was Indigo I guess. Doesn't matter, just make sure it support java 8 :P

Yup, sadly. It's Eclipse Mars issue. If you read error you will see that it's adding %20 to the program files path. Dunno why/when it occur. You can try setup eclipse again/download other version, or simple create Program%20Files folder with Java folders/path and paste there tools.jar - sort of walk around.

1. Java version depends of the pack/source you are using. Active projects use Java 8 now. 2. Bug fixes/improvements obviously. Read MySql changeset if you really want to know exactly. I recommend 5.5 or 5.6. Newer versions consume way more RAM. 3. engine.dll if I remember well and/or one more file. You can easily find a working system for W10.
