    Copy / paste existing hero weapons and drop the "is hero" restriction which don't let you equip them? Didn't you thought about that? It's simple logic and you don't need any extra, custom files.. It's like going to the shop to buy a juice. There is only juice in the carton, but you wanted in bottle, so you are going to another shop.. while you can overflow from carton to bottle, right? Do it, don't whine and don't go to another shop.

    With second machine you will be fine too. Now it only depends of your budget, which one you choose.

    Everything that you have and don't in your mind. Think logically about it. Each file about recipe and so on. Even if I don't know it now, looking at some file location and client, I can easily find out, so you can do it as well. If it doesnt work, you dig more and more. You only have to think. It's the same as creating item, you only have one more file which is recipt.xml or csv.     It must work, otherwise you need to intall some custom spawn table. I will not be surprised if it's necessary.. Also, don't expect changes if you had server running.

    The file he shared is the kamael version, brownish buttons and so on. I replaced with retail interlude one and it looks better with this mod. Basically, I prefer class Int than Kamael :P

    The question is, why you are selling such facktard packs? Easy money, no? That's one big scam in itself. If you want to pretend to be a dev and sell packs, then take CLEAN pack and mod on your own, don't resell. I would not care if you got that sources from some other tard or you created them on your own while it has backdoor. You take responsibility for what you sell. Period.

    There is a stupid config to save (custom) spawns in database. You have to search for it. I don't know the config name, nor directory. Else wait till someone who was/is using frozen reply with the exact place.

    The cpu doesn't matter that much. Also, all available CPU's you will have to choose from and waaaaay enough for a l2 server :) Massive lag AD mentioned, it's due to low fps. Interlude is so old, that's why.

    If you want to learn, you can use free revision. You don't have to pay. If you want to build a server, go with frozen.

    Ram, more, better. At least 8GB, I would say. Ghz, doesn't really matter which one you choose. SSD, ofc better than HDD.
