A simple updater for an l2 server, which downloads average 20-50 MB patch - even if it's *10, doesn't have to be uber duper clean or whatever. There are good enough updaters on github. :p

Find some xml, csv, db entry whatever is on frozen. It could be even hard-coded inside sources? On acis there is xml with values, so on frozen should be something like that as well, just other format. Perhaps. Eventually check CharacterTemplate and other related files, to find where it starts.

What you are looking for, doesn't exists. If ANYONE says opposite, they offer you files for ANY price, it's a scam. So, once again, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ANYONE. @Kara` just stop.

Then, basically, all you have to do, is to loop through player skills and set new level, 130 or something. Obviously, you have to make a check if such level exists first, only enchantable skills should pass, otherwise error. You can give it a try and share your results.

Auto enchant to +30. Yet you didn't say how you want to obtain them. By a click from npc, standard/basic all skills to be 30 from the start? Simply change skills lvl on skill tree.

Conclusion, the data is wrongly parsed on server side. Client don't lie. Most likely there is more similar mistakes.

For sure not a private server. Retail servers barely can get (close) to that number and you think private Ru servers get such a number. Won't even mention about eu servers, that's simply not possible.
