He said he sent a military operation to liberate Donbas and Luhansk from far right-wing attackers against the Russian speaking people of these areas. So I didn't connect nothing, Putin did with his words. If he said he is sending in troops to stop the development of nuclear weapons the situation would be very different. You possibly be defending an attacker against a democratic country in 2022 unless you're brainwashed to believe what they tell you.

I totally agree, I do not blame or hate Russians in any way. I hate people that hate Russians because of the actions of few men. Americans and other NATO leaders are just as bad (or worse) as Putin and his leaders. BBC and generally television news are full of crap and one-sided 99% of the time, there is no point to watch them. Russian military is not killing civilians on purpose (at least that's what I believe), but when you are bombing the enemy's military there's going to be collateral damage which includes people. Ukrainian AZOV and other neo-nazi organizations commit far worse crimes, but the law enforcement is responsible to put them in order and not another country's military. Long story short, I do not believe neither Putin nor NATO is right. Both are to blame and they've put Ukraine in the middle to take all the beating. If Putin didn't start the war, he would have been 100% on the right.

Also, if you're using a client that supported both classic and live, there's different .dat for each client. So if you're on classic dat should be etcitemgrp-classic.dat. Finally if this doesn't get you your answer, try making some changes to existing item to see if they appear (so you can verify you're editing the correct files).

aCis doesn't come with a faction system but you have access to the source and can make w/e system you want with any features you want. Lucera I think offers a faction system but you have limited access to what you can and can't do (you can make features with the API they offer but you can't for example edit Seven Signs functions). If you know what you're doing go with aCis, if you want ready server go with lucera.

I don't think Interlude CharInfo has support for that, perhaps it could be done in another way but I'm not sure. In Classic CharInfo you can hide the name.

This is a very bad idea. People in MMO games PvP for a reason that being farm spots, epic/boss priority. There are some events to PvP for fun and rewards, but imagine doing that all day from the very first days of the server. Keep the grind as it is.
