I've recently start working on acis sources for a customer and i noticed bugs all over, missing stuff, not working properly stuff.

people bragging so much about this project yet its 2019 after so many years it's still shit.

 

Have to mention also mobius who's the clown of l2j projects with a completely broken interlude / h5 / classic branch

Bug section exists, you didn't discover anything new.

 

Dunno what's the reason of that topic. Just keep developing for your customer / for yourself and be quiet. You can also start your own project and finish it.

If you want super duper finished, fixed project take l2 scripts or lucera.

Don’t lie, I test both they had more casual bugs xD one of that two project had broken enchant system.. +0 and +65535 had same stats xD

the community bothers me more than the project.

bragging all over the forum for a broken project.

 

You're a great example of this project, you've failed so hard on a live server.

I just dont get what the hell are you talking about... The fact that you are a 'dev' and 'working' on a customer's project while this customer saying that the project have bugs, should make you happy because you will fix them and get paid well. 

 

3 possible reasons about your reaction:

 

1) You are trying to create your own acis server which is 360 rev with tons of customs and important things are missing (Since you havent the last changesets) and crying for that missing stuff.

 

OR

 

2) You dont know how to fix those bugs that your customer reported (probably) to you.

 

OR

 

3) You wasted like 5 days to fix something and you broke something else and ASAGDSHGAWEPRGio.....

Obviously people are going to praise the most complete free project. Saying something is shit implies that, on it's league/category, there is something comparable that's miles better. This isn't the case. aCis is the most complete free option for Interlude.

i see people struggle with all those shits on this pack while the whole community promote it as top rated pack, that's the reason of this topic. Not really interesting in opening a gameserver, never will.

i could agree for a free pack. It's miles away from projects such as lucera.

but even if you downgrade overworld/lostworld sources to interlude you would get better results than acis.

It is a free pack. 10 euros every year is not a paid pack. Technically it is but 10 euros a year is absolutely nothing. 

I don't think there is any hype. It's just the only viable option.

Regarding aCis is a trash project like lucera, scripts e.t.c. Nobody is bragging for it in terms of quality. The reason people suggest it it's because it's the only available IT project. SweeTs it's an example of a failure because IT died years ago. People who still use IT should die along with it. Most of em are brainless pride like fanboys who download files to open a pridelike server. 

 

Quit IT and start working on a newer chronicle such as H5 or Classic. If you're not developer hire one. The most complete project is L2J so far and the only TRUE project. Everything else is just leeched L2J files with customizations or in case of l2 scripts just added some custom packet broadcast code and sell it for 3.000 euro. 

 

P.S i want to defend Tryskel for once and say that aCis is following a freemium plan which mean is almost free yet kids like you who are too poor to afford a developer still crying over nothing. Crawl back to your hole please.

I don't see people bragging anywhere lately and if ppl bother you, flame people, not a guy who code for fun from time to time. If acis would be a 999euro paid project then yeah, it would be complete long time ago / you could blame and flame Tk for doing nothing. But currently, you shouldn't say anything.

Wait what? 'Failed so hard', what does that mean and what does aCis have in common. It did not 'fail' because of the pack, just lack of players.

 

The pack, nor the dev(s) are guilty of failure of a (empty) server. You could say that when tons of people come and the server crash without any reason or has ultimate bugs.

 

There were several servers / projects with great devs which, as you say, 'failed'. No matter the chronicle, Interlude or H5.

if you can do it better, dont use another project. Make your own project.

One fact for aCis, yes its not ready for live server even for PvP you need to rework/fix things.. BUT...

Check any other project changeset : "Rev 5435 : Added .menu (stop xp,block trade,blablabla) and that is a whole revision.
and then go check the aCis changeset that 1 revision contain 1-3 months of working and testing and checking with proofs if its off-like thing.

Also aCis its never make "HOTFIX" its not looking the tree but the forest.. Tsk will not remake/rework/fix Castle Guards when he already plan to rework whole the SpawnSystem. And when the new Movement System will be ready tell your other projects owners come and leach it for the 10e that you cry on this drama topic.

@StinkyMadness don't wasting a time for describe about for chaotic users. They constantly need to show screenshots of SVN/GIT to prove that the work is going on and task list is big.
