giving time for the accused to answer for himself its not something bad and maxtor should make it as a rule actually.

yes some cases are 100% bannable but what if there is some info that change the whole situation?

 

plus there should also be a note to buyers not to pay all the money upfront but a part of it to "close the job" and when the job is done then get the rest, cause if you pay all the money in front and they are for example 200euros many tempted to scam get ban make new account...

 

and guess what paypal usually after a short of period cannot refund you usually thats a deadline for a work of amount of 200euros.

  if you want my opinion stick to paypal and refund your money with "unauthorized account activity" and that you did not make that payment, 99% you get the money back if (i am not sure 40 or 60 days) has passed from the transaction

We need new ranks -> TraderMods  or something.

• Check all the trades on marketplace
• Check the history of the seller/buyer and give  trade awards. (This way may help new people to trust or not the other person)
• Before a trade the buyer/seller will inform the mod for: money/time(if time exist)/what's he buy/sell and etc
• After a new topic from a seller, the mod will ask for proofs of the item. For example: <WTS 5kk adena on core (photo with the server and money)>
  New topics for l2projects must include live test server so the mod or the buyer can test the infomations.
  New topics for l2 codes must include some videos with the work of the seller.
• Topics will be in approval mode until a trader mod will check it

There are many ways for the marketplace to be more safety place, but all this years we didn't see nothing from globals/maxtor side. We talk for money, some people dying in the cold for some money. 

Maxcheaters have the biggest marketplace for trades, but the safety is shit..

i cant agree more with baggos also back in the days the abuse of reputation system was bannable lose rank etc.. last couple of years friends like each other and abuse it and today we like posts and you get reputation, its not maxtors fault its IPB problems that need to be solved and more welljudge people on the team.

That's not even me, i gave my skype to an another semi-dev which is doing similar jobs and of course he us using so much drugs for which i am so sorry, the main problem here is that you are pretending to be someone else for some reasons and after the deal was made you re-opened the case to prevent further payments on the upcoming project which requires much more work and payments and offered us 50% of the gain, but that doesn't protect anyone from you getting dumped  any time, and since the case is open for deals which you was re-opened by you, so we had to take action about your offer and we changed it abit, which is a locked core for two weeks (game source) that will prevent us from getting dumped atleast for the opening since we were the only ones that will work on it as it was planned!? but unfortunately you declined our offer which is nothing to lose? and then had to see your real face, you were the real trickster.

 

The project was done but was on hold, waiting to see your reaction and it was like you were rushing to sell it to someone but not open it, since you told us that you will get the website on first of january as was planned but nothing happend, nor the forum was created and much more like picture of your fake wedding ring and the rest of your fictional life.

 

And i still who would have customers and work for them when he already gained more than 500,000 euros from lineage2 servers as you claimed, because i managed to read most of your skype conversations in your current and main skype account, you are selling codes and stuff to people why is that? are you hidden reseller or what?

 

Lets stop the dram cause i do not have time to explain my point of view, we will stick to our deal with a locked core for a period of time cause you do not risk anything, and i refund nothing in your favor even if we get banned here or else where.

And about that, that's just  an example that if someone wants to continue to do something he will do it in any case, not that someone is doing to change his network and buy an account just to scam someone. Oh and at last don't worry no one's going to DDOS your servers or going to use exploits to fuck up your "business".

I never took money an delayed stuff for 3-4 months and you are a pure liar. You are free to show me your java sun certificates and we can argue about java if you want.

 

@FanalFantasy afaik and as you told us you are a friend in real life with MAXTOR, you have his phone number and whenever you call him he will do whatever you order, so i will probly receive a ban from him, so there is nothing more to say, just a good luck to everyone and sorry for my "RIP English"

actually you can fake pictures too, even if they are legit u can mod the chat itself from skype history

Well Final Fantasy can post a photo of his skype while having your contact to see the real skype name, to see if its ur skype or someone's else that uses ur nickname.

+ This final fantasy i know him, he is bad boy doin drugs all day and killing people and stealing other's lolipops, but he would never lie or steal people. I have worked with him for months.

Still i can't believe Brutus would steal. He has the worst attitube ever. I had many clients who said brutus bleh.. like 70% of them but i can't believe you would scam for few bucks.
