Hello dear administration,

I would like to report xDrac for a scam of 200 Euro's.

I would like also to receive only administrators replies and not replies from some random or bored guys which has nothing to do with this conversation. Thank you!

He told us he will be gone for a period of time, we said ok np when you come back we need to finish:

Here after he received 200Euro he started to be less active, the target was achieved, taking 200Euros as Family and Friends than screw them..."They can wait 200 years until I finish what I promised - xDrac"

Attitude has changed now that he got a stable salary and he's not doing L2 designs anymore :)

2 payments of 100 euro each, he asked for 70% and I received some pictures nothing more. Total was 350Euro for our requests.

its very whierd for xdrac he is professional designer (without personal experience but from what I see over the years and he had no reports until now as far as I know)

aside that from what I see here is no deadline so maybe you can ask for money back or get the job done (with a deadline) both are the obvious options but time will tell because he must give an answer first this time at a deadline as forum's rules aquire this action.

without defending this action (you never know) maybe something happent to him, if not time will tell.

good luck and I hope it will be solved soon because this is stressfull for a client and I know the experience.

Well, even if I know this is and old kid of this community, I would still look for a fair judge since he is obviously unprofessional, not serious and some would call him scammer.

1. Provide the link of the [WTB]/[WTS]/[WTT] transaction
Did

2. Provide valid proofs as concern the scam
I did that

a. Converastion (private message, skype messages, etc.)
Did that also

b. Paypal Transaction (or other well-known transaction site)
I've published that

c. Proofs have to include maxcheaters member name, member's paypal email or any other useful information
Same

3. Use only the English language (if you don't know then you can use google translator)

"Xdrac I had my bachelor's today and spent the rest with my girlfriend" Just LOL at this guy if I knew him I would punch him to the face. This is not a serious behaviour or professional service as a job this is childish.

And as about you that you have given him 200 € without even seeing progress you are a joke as well. In my opinion he should be banned from here and you should take the lesson for trusting people on the internet who you don't know.

This is the most ridiculous defending I ever saw. He started to work on a design company buddy, if I go there and ask him DO THAT, he must do that I don't give a shit if he is not in the mood, he is paid by the company to do Design not to be in the mood to make a design. That's why I asked only mods/admins to answer because people like you, start flaming and provoking others and in same time provoking me. I paid 100Euro because he had a promising start, I got the PSD for that part but it was not complete, than I paid another 100E to finish another task and I got nothing from there, he simply edited some stuff that another designer did to us. I am not a joke, thing is I like to be as mush as possible a fair and professional person, therefore I paid him the money he asked just to finish the design faster, I don't care about 200Euro, the most disappointing and painful part is that I was left with an unfulfilled dream. He promised something and than he disappeared in the storm, I had big plans to open my project before November, as you can see in the printscreens I was more than patient, more than fair, more than a friend for him and he screwed up by leaving without giving a proper reason, or a reason at all or at least to refund a part of the money because he is incapable to finish it.

However it seems that mods/admins don't want to be too much involved in this, even if I was "fooled", and I know exactly the reason why they don't act as fast as they act usually. xDrac like Strain are the only 2 designers this forum has, when they need something they ask them to help, so it's pretty clear, to be honest I don't believe he will be banned I just made this post to make sure people will consider next time when they buy from him.

So you enter 10 minute per day to check on maxcheaters but you don't check your skype who get spammed by a rage client 2 months now. Nice.

He should be banned again.

P.S. you should be suspicious the moment he asked you to pay such a big amount as friend / family for something which is actually a service, you basically gave him free money and now you can't even open a paypal claim as far as I know.

This is true, I remember this happening and him scamming users in past too. Admins should really ban this guy. As said, once a scammer, always a scammer!

Thanks L2 OVC for sharing this with us. I really appreciate you shared this it's first time when I saw this and guess what, he did the same with me, he delayed me with various of excuses, new day, new excuse.
He edited a site that strain made, but, I really have nothing personal with Strain, I started to work with him but after a period of time he told me he has very short time and a lot of things to do and we both agreed to end the colaboration, pay the money he deserved and that's all, we' re still friends and we still work together.

I gave what Strain did to us, to xDrac and it took him 3 months to make nothing more than Strain did, sorry...2 months because last month he didn't log on skype or when he did he was away or not responding.

Maxtor, you should be ashamed for keeping such trashes in your community, we are the ones that we keep Mxc alive not this garbage who scam people, not trolls who throw mud into our projects, not them, WE, We keep your project alive, we pay monthly for banners, for stickies, for ads, were is the justice now? We are sick of being trolled daily, scammed daily by people you agree to stay here in this community, like parasites, as diseases that you can not get rid of.
