He said he fixed it and it is 100% working and perfect and he want the money, afte he got the money he said he need more test and made my client waiting 13 days, after he blocked my client.

Lol, well yeah, he was trusted person here, i asked 1:1 Donate Npc L2Tales? He said yes brand new features, do anyone, besides me, understand brand new features as 2014 modifications, when we'r having conversation in 2015?

L2Dev's friend asked to FIX for him a system, he sent, as you can see, his sources for pto(which costs xxxEuros, as he said), and pto couldn't do the job( he said he is done, as i understand, asked for money, but he haven't done his job, isn't is scamming? He is ignoring him on skype also, lol), he tricked the payments(my upper post explains ow fishy he is).. He sent money, job isn't done, but somehow pto asked for money, when job is not done

L2Dev's friend asked to code for him a system, he sent, as you can see, his sources for pto(which costs xxxEuros, as he said), and pto couldn't do the job, he tricked the payments(my upper post explains ow fishy he is).. He sent money, job isn't done, but somehow pto asked for money, when job is not done

1. He should NOT send him 50e while the deal was for 25. pto didn't even gave a reason why it's now 50 - extortion.

2. I believe, he should NOT send him his sources if those sources were paid. Work via TV, else it's a public pack.

3. He lied about the job done.

Also by the time he changed the price from 25 to 50 from paysafe to paypal etc etc it was obvious whats going on.

since when does maxcheaters, maxtor, or mevsyou decide if i accept a refund or not? ive worked 4 days to recode the phantom system for this guy, i had it done, and he suddenly said he dont want it anymore. am i supposed to refund him? i dont think so. its up to me if i refund or not. 25 euro was set for a quick fix. 50 euro after i found out it needs a whole recode, since there is no fucking core support for walking/farming/pvping phantoms. where is the scam here?

His skype name tells he is selling L2Age pack, and he got those files from scamming that guy(L2Dev photos). Nice.
Scammed files and then re-selling it :) I could write a book, lol

As i'm "spamming" i will just edit this post with pics, answers etc.

If i'm spamming i can do report via pm, he's re selling my files ( i can give all the proofs, i even bought it from him, how stupid i am to buy my own files,lol ).

If i give proofs, that DV rework is shared thing(Averia files(lostworld source)) and skill engine is just taken from there and added?
