You started so wrong with your server. Don't wait for people to say what they want.. Your success will be to make what you want and make people join the server. People will always want more and more and if you make a server by what people says it will fail in 1 week max because something that i may like, someone else won't like it. Just build w/e you want to build and make people to join ur server

Is there any way of doing it achievements like? like achievements work, ex kill 100 monsters reward 1 silver coupon, kill 1 raid reward 1 gold, etc or if i want to make it with conditions, for example, if player get 100 pvps reward 1 coupon how i can do that?

don't ever open server with preconf packs. the only and the biggest disadvantage you have is that you got no source, which means you can't edit the core
