Of course it was a joke about DLL. Solution for you is to replace an existed abnormal ( just some of them, not all ). About the buff, yes, I know. Maybe now you would understand that there was a vote from people who wanted vitality. I offered them to either replace some abnormal with vitality or make vitality as a buff, the majority voted for the buff, as a result of which you can download vitality as a buff.

In this case try to make new abnormal and it will works well. Don't forget to edit the DLL.

The method of their development is different from the original L2. If the original model is used as base + have an additional effect, then in this case the weapon style itself is added as a static object to the effect and because of this your weapon disappears. How to fix it: change all effects by deleting static meshes and turning them into skeletal meshes with changing paths in weapongrp, or just make skeletal meshes and change info in the .dat ( but this is not recommended because the meshes will overlap each other ).
