Created a new events: ReceivedPacket, SendPacket

When a byte is missing from a packet the client will be kicked

Gonna add some delegates soon to the L2Item

Created a new plugin: Server Manager,

This plugin should come in handy for server administrators to see what ther server is doing,

how many players are on it, looking at the network traffic etc

 

 

Updated the AI, we are now able to use a skill (ye just 1 for now :P)
