I used SmartGuard for a month. Their jar's code are so freaking old (aCis based package is 1 - 1,5 years old) causing 'hidden' issues you will find once you go live. Shitty Skype support - read none. A big no from my side.

Active Anti Cheat from another hand, their price is $300 and from second month, $35 monthly.

Strix and/or whatever. No idea.

For me conclusion is one, it's pointless to invest into it, waste of money.

Sure you may block most of the people botting (maybe), but nowadays there are various ways to bot and still people do it. Plus, player base drastically decreased.

Active GM and active players reporting botters. Best interface ! :D

Craft a tool to see how much time someone was CtrlIntention.ATTACK/CAST the last days, and aim those players. You probably don't care about botters who stay lower than 20min / 1h, you aim people who stay 24/24 on hunting grounds (which are either nolifers or botters).

Automatized protections are always defeated by botting softwares. So you waste your money, add potential issues / system who does worst than better.

Innova got bots, and they are supposed to get their own third party software. Before that, GameGuard was defeated too.

Antibot sellers probably sell bot softwares. So...
