I swear it's not a spam.

I'm trying to understand your vision on this : why would a l2j developer join you today ? What's the benefit for him ?

I mean, are you working on a dedicated private source which requires more hands ? Aren't you enough with the pipe request you have currently ? It's just to share experience ?

Maybe just : to do WHAT ?

So, quality doesn't matter as long as it works?

I mean requirements like, for example, 1-2-10 years of exp, HTML5, PHP 5.6/7.0/7.1/7.2, Symfony (whatever version), Laravel, Angular 2, etc.

Or such things doesn't matter?

Oh you, does they look like a professional company? Guess not, so don't worry, they can take you on the board! :D

Make money on the back of developers, like any company. See electricians, they are hired by a company and paid a regular salary, while doing freelance job they would earn more.

The only points would be :

- to benefit about potential contacts / existing customer base - which is actually easily achieved using MxC marketplace (mouth to ear, advertisement, etc)

- the security of a cyclic payment (monthly pay, same for everyone). Since freelance means unstable amount of money (a lot in short amount of time, nothing for a long time)

If both points aren't valid... IT'S A TRAP !

Maybe not a company, but as a team they probably have some requirements too. Otherwise there will be more crying "I got hacked, PHP sucks", etc. ^^
