[Report]Accessdenied Scam?

So, i though that he's honest enough and decided to pick him for some java work.

Sended the payment and we delayed the work few times.

Than i decided that i no longer need his services since he was like never reliable to finish my request.

 

Finally, after some skype chat, he said he will return the money on his next paypal income or from bank acc..

Now i see him ignoring my messages at all.
