Hello,ive got a problem with my forum,there are some automatic fake posts from "phantoms"

what protection should i use in order to stop them?

use captcha pacage and you will be fine also Anti Spammer pacage )

i already added these "protections"

Use reCaptcha. I use it and I didn't had a single bot, at least trash posting bot, since ~4months. Also, in configs set captcha for < 3 or 5 posts, so they have to pass it while posting as well.

no captcha will report you from trash on forum, just check maxcheater profile of any greek

A lot of greeks on my clan forum, no one spam it. I would banhammer him immediately :D

if is worth to be mentioned, captcha will be dropped from aCis soon.

 

more updates on forum side are waited since ages, but they will be done with the new version of smf as i said. anyway, ftm i try to get the best way to embrace the love we get bcuz this down/up are not ok considering how often they occur.
