I was scammed by this guy ... alekos5     , he claim to transfer paysafe to paypal

I told him i have big amount of money, i tested him first time with 25 euro paysafe and he took code, used it, took money, and after said that paysafe code was used

DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS GUY TO NOT SCAM ANOTHER PEOPLE,

I've lost 25 euro but don't let this happen to others...

The 2 photos, that you have provided, are not valid proofs to accuse a member for ban.

i can even show the entire chat log to prove that he's the exactly same one

Ok, first of all i will show you 'a respectable MaxCheaters member, who you can trust' (NOT).
1. He doesn't have any test servers to test files ( As far as i remember in Marketplace, seller should always have test server to show his selling files ) - That's one MXC hole in it's rule - if you have 'reputation' you can sell it w/o providing test servers - your topic wont get locked/deleted.
2. He's reselling files [L2Tales brand NEW features] - are my files ( L2Enclave project files, AND ITS not even fixed massive errors etc. ) - That's another MXC hole in it's rule - re-selling, basically he's selling my fixed files.
3. Selling shared packs - L2Tales pack is shared same as he is selling. L2Critical pack or in another words DW rework/skills rework - shared L2CCCP xml's.. What a joke, you can download lostworld source on any russian web and add it, or you can use L2CCCP shared revision here in forum. ( Basically it's all shared, pto doesnt even know how to fuckin java code ) - That's 3rd MXC hole in it's rules - selling shared things. 
After these 3 strike's he's still not banned neither topic deleted, lol!

What an epic developer he is http://imgur.com/3t7xEBR , oh my, he knows how to uncomment java code (delete "//"). It was commented due to fact it wasn't working properly, and players could exploit it, uncommenting means that the event, which you can exploit is available again. What a dumbass.

It's brand new TALES revision, i've talked him 14days ago, so if  1year revision is brand new, i don't know what to do in this world

Oh yeah it's brand new npc... same like shared one..

When i told him, that's my files ( dont know how he got it, but he just got compiled version,everything else is shitty, he said i have to go 'bam afk for 10mins later on offline' ).
I sent refund to paypal, but later i've cancelled it, i haven't taken money back.
