because ,maxtor doesn't seem to answer and/or care to our pms  as far for the balancer it's elfo's one basically recoded by me(i mean it works the same way as his , but it's coded almost from scratch by me except the html parts..)

By recoded he means that it uses arrays instead of raw string but yeah it's my balancer.

It is about 4-5 years actually.
