After of some days I got free time to make it with playerMemo. Tutorial HTML Isn't a good choice for some of code parts. Also, about ExShowScreenMessage, it works for observer but not normally. The message goes in right side of the screen and some words disappear if the text is big (maybe someone wants a big description). Now startup ended like this for now:

Είναι 1/10 να πέσει σε άτομο να πουλάει frozen files όπου θα καλύψουν αυτά που θέλει.. Δεν λέω απαραίτητα ότι θα πέσει σε scammer, απλά θα πληρώσει για κάτι που θα νομίζει πως θα το'χει (πχ balance) και μόλις βάλει τα items/skills που θέλει, να'χει πρόβλημα.. Επειδή ξέρω ότι θέλει Gold items μέσα (έχει ανοίξει topic με τον server του).. Τα κάθε skills/items που έχουν τα δικά τους resists, μόλις πέσουν μέσα items όπου θα δίνει για παράδειγμα να φέρω το +50% stun resist, μην περιμένει μετά το Stun να πιάνει όπως έιναι retail.. Σκέψου ήδη τα buffs +customs armors μέσα με resists κτλπ τι θα γίνετε.. Και μακάρι να ήταν μόνο αυτό.. Γι'αυτό λέω, καλύτερα να κάτσει μόνος του να ασχοληθεί ανοίγοντας ένα beta server για 5-10 φίλους, και να φτιάχνει μόνος του διάφορα που θα προκύψουν.. Και αν δεν μπορεί να φτιάξει πράγματα, τότε καλύτερα να το αφήσει για άλλη χρονική στιγμή όπου θα ξέρει 2-3 πράγματα παραπάνω!

Είναι σαν να ζητάς να σε κλέψουν αυτή την στιγμή.. Καλύτερα πάρε εσύ το frozen όπως είναι και προσπάθησε, γιατί θα το πληρώσεις νομίζοντας πως πάρεις μία "φτιαγμένη" έκδοση και νομίζοντας πως θα'χεις balance.. Δεν πρόκειται να'χεις balance.. Εσύ θα το φτιάξεις.. Δεν γίνετε να βάζεις full apella+apella skills / L2Gold weps+skills και να περιμένεις balance χωρίς να το φέρεις εσύ κάπως στα μέτρα σου.. Άνοιξε έναν non-custom server και ίσως έχεις περισσότερο τύχη αυτή την φορά! Δυστυχώς όμως δεν θα με ακούσεις και θα πληρώσεις τσάμπα.. So, καλά κλάματα!

Καταρχάς κάνε update το eclipse σου ή πέρασε πρώτα το gameserver και μετά το datapack για να σου βγάζει τα errors. Μετά, άνοιξε το υπάρχων vote reward που έχει μέσα το frozen και θα βρεις την line που χρειάζεσαι.

I think it is better to edit "peaceful" zones for no store and create a new zone. Your giran harbor isn't peaceful and all players can kill everyone inside. So, you need a new store zone and after make it peaceful. When you will create the new zone check this.

Take a look in jail zone and use the same check (NOSTORE) for peaceful zones. I think Giran harbor it is not peaceful. But if is peaceful in your project, you can create a new zone, use the same checks, and just insert Giran Harbor as store zone. (like flag zone with locs). Better option is to create a new store zone. Incidentally, it is not rec sell but craft.

Από πάντα μπορούσαμε στο L2 μέχρι 8 level μικρότερα να χυπάμε. Πήγαινε στο L2Character.java και θα βρεις λύση στο πρόβλημά σου. Αν δεν κάνω λάθος, το aCis το έχει και σε config.. Για άλλα project δεν ξέρω!

You can have a syntax like second_one but no second one. Combobox can't read the spaces between words. Also, you will need bypass for combobox. (In case you do not know it).
