  1. You can, it will crash your server but you still can.
  2. Most extenders have the custom buildercmd thing. What extender are you using ?
  3. From that point of view, i agree with you. They will just post and get the solution, hell it might be already bypassed.
  4. The best way would be to use an extender to limit the commands to different builder levels, creating items is limited to builders lvl 1 by default
  5. He said average user, we are not talking about people that do whatever it takes to bot in a server.
  6. Yes i speak in general, your question, we can say properly formulated, asking about the skilleffect and so on, im talking about questions like, "How to add autopickup" or "how to add anti-whatever protection" these are ambiguous questions.
  7. To keep the average user ? hGuard should be enough.
  8. I don't know you very well but this the reality of every question or most of the questions, they are ALL ambiguous, they don't ask concrete questions, most people expect a download link as help or solution, there is no knowledge in sharing some codes and stuff, they won't understand it, let me put this example, is old but it will work. If i had the known problem with charges consumption, and you just post me a piece of assembly code or in C++, am i going to understand what it does ? how does it work ? No, unless i already have previous RCE and C++ knowledge, if i had this sort of problem in the COEP for example, and you post the code, i will just replace it, compile it and done, it works. But the questions is. Did I learned something with it ? No, i just pasted some random garbage that i don't even understand but it works, i can be adding a backdoor and i don't even know it. People need to understand, this is not homework from school, or something you can learn from the code, or on the weekend, i used to think like that and damn if i was wrong. I learned, hell im still learning but i started with the basics, 1st ASM, then C++ and the RCE. Step by step, and i started reading books and writing codes not related to the L2Server.
  9. Extending the skilleffect and/or the buff slots is the only way i think.
  10. Use /loc to find the correct location ? And reload the TvT configuration ? Just a little picture so you understand how 3 Dimensional areas work. Y will be still the same because the height of the spawn point didn't changed.
  11. Not on mxc, or at least not from any kind of random guy that claims stuff without knowledge. I dropped you a PM, i can send you a piece for testing or comparison, and then we could make a deal if you are happy with it.
  12. Buy it from someone that can do it, like Vanganth in this case. And Vagrancy you have no rights so sell someones work.
  13. Damn, looks like Mac is pulling a hell of a job, i guess you are paying him a lot to do it lulz.
  14. That is right, Vanganth only sells to people with proven experience. In order to get it you have to proove that you are not a newbie, that won't even know how find stuff in script files or setup a database.
  15. Sorry, i have no idea what are you talking about, i will try to help you if i can make sense of what are you saying.
  16. Start by learning the languages used to work with this. Don't start building the house by the roof.
  17. Could you tell us what is exactly fixed. A small changelog perhaps, would be good to know.
  18. If you are using Vanganth Extender, everything for the Oly should be inside his extender.
  19. Making an extender ? By the way, the code is buggy and it will crash the server from time to time, so you might have fix it.
  20. Ok i see your point, now look at the guy, he has no idea about extenders, RCE, L2Server daemon, not C1 not C4, not GF. In order to learn how to make a downgrade from GF, he needs to learn EVERYTHING. Tell me of an open source L2Off framework available to date, better than COEP. None, so while he is learning all the stuff he can work on it, make a fork on his own, for his research, study or whatever. At some point he will be writing stuff for it, and without knowing, he will have more than a half of the COEP missing features working. So at that point, is it still worth going for a downgrade, when you have a framework, that you reworked while you were learning ? Starting from scratch to go for a downgrade while you've finished buttloads of features while you been learning ?
  21. I didn't said that its easy, I know it had tons of bugs but some systems worked properly and getting any kind of information from anywhere its better than starting with only speculations on how stuff works. Its just an example, mac and only works in case someone wants to invest loads of time to finish his own extender. We both know that in most cases learning is not part of people purposes. Don't tell me you believe in the horrific idea of a downgrade from Gracia Final.
  22. If you get in your hands the old HB extender from NExtDev and reverse engineer it, you can get almost everything already done, the only thing would be to dump it all that information into a new extender in order to have better control of the extender itself, there is no point into extending an extender.
  23. You think downgrading will be easy with all the changes between CT1.5 and CT2.3 ? Both options are difficult, using COEP its in fact easier due to the fact that you have all the framework started and written with proper comments and explanations. GF is more complete ? Quest wise and other features related to HB, yes but you still have to downgrade everything else to Hellbound stage, if you check NcSoft changelogs you will see bare of those changes. What formulas are you talking about ? Did you ever saw one of them ? There are many differences most of them skill related in GF that are different from HB. It only looks easier because GF is newer than HB. If he doesn't know anything about extending its pointless, in order to do a downgrade you require an extender too. It is always easier to advance instead of moving backwards.
